Here’s how it works:
- The employee logs
into your Intranet or Self-Service Portal, is authenticated
by your security process is guided through the Mutli-State
Wizard to determine the proper forms to complete.
- The actual state form opens in a browser window, pre-filled
with that employee's data. The employee selects options and
makes their changes.
- The employee submits the completed
form for processing. Your internal systems are updated
with these changes and
the transaction
is stored in your database.

Symmetry’s EEC SDK consists of intelligent
versions of the Federal W-4 and W-5 forms, all state withholding
certificate forms,
many local withholding forms, and documentation that explains
the data loading and unloading processes. It also includes
the Multi-State wizard for determination of Residence and Work
State Forms. The Forms include field
and form level validation and all calculations are automated
and built in.
